The Stark County Dog Warden Advisory Board in OH recommended several candidates for the County Commissioners to interview for the dog warden position. The list included former animal control officers and shelter workers – sort of what you would expect. But the Commissioners seem to have their eye on a property manager/dog breeder which has made the board angry enough to threaten to quit.
Authorities in Rock Hill, SC seized 87 dogs from a home where the 76 year old owner was allegedly keeping them in substandard conditions.
The Wife Swap kennel owner in NC did not pay the $50,000 court ordered bond to maintain ownership of her seized dogs. The dogs are now available for adoption to the public.
