Someone apparently abandoned a dog on a road in York Co, SC. The dog had on a collar with the words “I need a home. Please take care of me.” handwritten on it. A Good Samaritan picked the dog up and took her to a shelter. The Good Sam was angered by the writing on the collar. She is quoted as saying, “Somebody had the gall to write in marker, ‘I need a home, please take care of me.” I’m interested to hear your thoughts on this.
