This weekend, a visit to Petsmart, starting in the toy aisle:
Jade sniffed out the clearance rack right away. Chip off the old block:
This little girl startled Jade at first because she did that thing that so many little kids do – see a dog and pounce. Jade hugged the floor for a second but then she was ok. We chatted with the parents who said the little girl’s name was also Jade and that they too had a blue pitbull with white on her at home:
Jade got to meet some other nice people too and an adorable puppy. She had a fun time. We’ll definitely bring her again:

I can’t bring my guy to the petstore – the tiny dogs scare the heck out of him. Especially those Yorkies wearing gang colors, um, I mean, doggie sweaters.
