Sad what most of these dogs have to go through being caged for such long periods of time. Wonderful that these guys get to experience true freedom. I know the dogs will appreciate it!
We had beagles from a lab in SC come into the shelter where I volunteer. They wouldn’t leave their dens and they were afraid of the sound of metal. Gradually they learned that they were safe. It was like a light going on in their heads. All were adopted!
