Feel good story: A dog stolen in Florida three years ago was found in a shelter in New Jersey. It’s also testament to check for owners no matter how bad a dog looks when found.

Excuses at Fresno County animal control defy logic. Sounds like they’re too busy killing to find owners of stray pets or adopt them out, etc.
