When you don’t see a regular Monday morning post here, it’s usually because WordPress’s scheduler has failed (and I’ve failed to check that the post has published). But today I’m sick (nothing life threatening) and I’m at the point of sick of being sick, so although I attempted to curate a regular post for today, it didn’t happen.

Thankfully, after the election, I put together this short emergency kittens post and dropped it into the drafts, figuring the need for an emergency kittens post was probably imminent. Because *staring into distance, monotone voice* what a time to be alive.

So whether you are anxious because you are cutting your medicine in half to make it last (or taking your pet’s medicine) or pissed off because you know when the billionaires say Americans will have to face hardship, they ain’t mean themselves, or just sad because you’re going to miss that lovable old coot called democracy, these emergency kittens are here to help.

I love this, and hope you feel better soon.
