Our Jane was a rescued English Setter of sorts. My husband’s uncle used to breed and raise English Setters and English Pointers. Janey had hip issues and wasn’t able to compete, as it were, so she came to us to live the life of a spoiled baby girl. She was twelve years old when we lost her to cancer.
