Matthews NC is a township within Mecklenburg County with one ACO. Matthews AC is very limited on resources and they are currently advocating for these two dogs. If not adopted or placed with a rescue group the Matthews AC dogs and cats are transported to Charlotte Mecklenburg Animal Care and Control. CMAC&C’s kill rate (over the last six months) for dogs is 51.9%.
