Former Director Who Killed Shelter Pets “For Fun” Goes to Jail. Let’s Party.

Mary Jo Frazier was allegedly killing animals for personal enjoyment during her 18 years at Boulder City AC in Nevada. Co-workers report she killed animals before the mandatory holding period had expired to keep the shelter empty. And because: yay killing.  She faced a judge this week on animal cruelty charges:

An 8NewsNOW I-Team first reported, an affidavit against Frazier alleges 91 instances of unusual animal deaths at the shelter and more than 1,200 suspicious cases.
[…]
“There is no doubt that these actions occurred. We know that because this defendant documented all those euthanasias in a log book,” said prosecutor Amy Ferreira.

Yeah I can picture that.  Sort of a pen and paper version of Jeffrey Dahmer’s refrigerator.

The prosecutor says the statute of limitations for animal cruelty in NV is 3 years so Frazier can not be charged for all of her alleged crimes.

frazier

Mary Jo Frazier in court, as shown on the Las Vegas Review-Journal website.

Frazier’s lawyer asked the judge to release his client on her own recognizance but the judge upheld the $50,000 warrant for Frazier’s arrest. The lawyer then asked for bail to be reduced to $6000 but that went over like a lead balloon.  Gee, maybe that whole fleeing the state thing after the police investigation wasn’t such a smart move by Frazier after all.  She was handcuffed and taken to jail.

(Pause for applause.)

Read this. Twice:

Frazier “systematically killed animals that came into the shelter” and “committed the same crime over and over and over again,” Ferreira said. “This is an individual who has engaged in this conduct repeatedly, who was told to stop.”

This is important.  The prosecutor in this case is saying that the systematic killing of shelter animals for convenience is a crime.

About.

Damn.

Time.

Also: other shelter workers killing animals instead of doing their jobs may want to jot that down.

Frazier has pleaded not guilty. Her attorney cites an absence of “criminal intent”.  Uh, lol?

Thank you once again Irresponsible Public for standing up for these animals when no one else would.  See a photo of the troublemakers here.

Today is officially a party day on the blog.  Bust out the sparkling juice and sequins.

(Thanks Clarice for the links.)

“The prosecutor in this case is saying that the systematic killing of shelter animals for convenience is a crime.” I wonder if we can entice this guy to move to NC?

And hey, Mary Jo Frazier, chin up: When you get out I’m sure you can get a job killing shelter pets for PETA.

      • Absolute fact. Caught on tape. PETA loves killing our pets.

      • The issue here, Kelly, is that PETA has developed a theory that no one should have domestic pets because that, too, is animal slavery. The would rather no cats or dogs or any other animals that might be kept as pets should exist in the world — only animals that can survive on their own. And they must have no contact with humans whatsoever — their lives must never be aided or saved. Period. I used to belong to PETA, years ago…no more. They jumped off the cliff.

And it’s a “smear campaign” on PeTA. The same PeTA who just claimed that the owned and loved puppy they stole and killed was worthless? If anyone is smearing PeTA, it’s PeTA. They are a bunch of nut jobs who would be laughable if they weren’t busy slaughtering animals day in and day out.

Really? It would be laughable except for all of the dead animals and dead-brain folks who believe their lies.

      • You are absolutely right and I’ve been telling people this for years. Unfortunately there are so many haters out there that would rather spread the lies and hate instead of finding out the truth. Rick Berman’s PR firm had created the Center for Consumer Freedom, an umbrella group for such companies as Monsanto, Philip Morris, the restaurant, alcohol, tobacco and other industries, including factory farm corporations and slaughterhouses. It changed its name to the Center for Organizational Research and Education in early 2014. this group was esponsible for the creation of the Petakills website, and other attack websites for groups that CCF has a problem with. What a lot of the businesses included in CCF have in common is-they had at one time or another been the subject of undercover investigations by PETA, which ended up exposing severe animal cruelty by the companies involved. Berman proposed to discredit PETA by putting up the attack website.

Any information coming from The Center For Consumer Freedom is suspect to anyone who bothers to “do their homework”.

David Martosko, former “research director” for the Center for Consumer Freedom had created the “Peta Kills Animals” website in 2005, where he included outright lies to discredit PETA. David’s wife then sent out an e-mail to a list of animal rights activists that had been gathered by the Center for Consumer Freedom. In the e-mail, she acted like she was passing on information that she had heard from a “friend” about PETA. In the beginning of the e-mail, She starts with “Have you heard this?” Then she included a link to the Peta Kills Animals website. Someone sent this e-mail to me at the time, so I saw it first hand. Many animal rights activists took this false information and passed it out like wildfire to everyone they knew, and those people in turn passed it on. These activists became so sure that this was true because “everyone was saying it”. What they in fact did was spread the Center for Consumer Freedom’s lies for them, and they did it for free! I did extensive research on the subject because it was hard for me to believe that a woman who dedicated her life to saving animals from pain and suffering, and doing it for a very low salary (this is confirmed through the Freedom of Information Act – the breakdown of PETA’s expenses filed with the government) that this person is secretly killing animals. It didn’t make any sense, so who do I believe, someone who has helped animals their entire life, or do I believe companies whose business it is to torture and kill animals for profit?

      • PETA fans, the fountain of refreshing enlightenment awaits you. I’ll show you the way, but as the saying goes, “You can lead a horse to water, but you can’t MAKE him drink”.

  3. Maybe we can now get some local law enforcement and AG’s office to take a serious look at sme/many animal “rescues” that attain animals using donation money, they bring in more, and more, and more animals every week, but then won’t tell anyone where ALL of those animals (which are considered assets even when attained with donation money).

A culture of convenience killing is running rampant at some/many animal rescues, but with the lack of oversight and enforcement of laws, and with these self-same “rescues” ramping up MOBS on the Internet against anyonethat questions or crosses them (turning in false complaints to animal control and law enforcemet, calling peoples employers, threatening their kids, etc) nothing ever seems to get done on this front.

Which rescue? I don’t want to donate to that rescue!

      • The FACT is that when animals are attained with donation money, the rescue is required by law to tell the public WHERE each and every animal-asset is, and what happens to them.

Regarding being attacked by their vicious followers if you ask questions: make sure you take screens hots of your questions to the rescue, and also the attacks on you by their nasty followers just because you asked some valid questions.

Complaints should then be filed with law enforcement in the region the “rescue” is located in regarding bullying, threats, stalking, etc.
Then also file complaints with the States Attorney Generals office and the Secretary of States office regarding the rescues refusal to identify where all of the animal-asset that were attained using donation money are. Be sure and include screens hots with your complaints so that law enforcement “get the picture” of what happens when a citizen asks simple questions regarding the whereabouts of animals that are supposed to be safe in rescue because the public donated their hard earned money to help the rescue rescue the animals.
Authorities NEED TO SEE how people are attacked by the rescues cult member followers just because simple questions were asked and the “rescue” refuses to answer because answering them will expose their own wrongdoing.

    • Sherrie

       /  March 11, 2016

Yes!!! I love your statement!! In cases where shelters have “pulled the wool” over so many members of the community, law enforcement, local papers and etc BC they know no one will question them. Some have no board meetings open to the public, no oversight committee and they “have relatives or friends” who work in local vets so they can get whatever they need to keep up their plan. Why don’t more people right for animals?!?!

I will never stop fighting for them….not until I take my last damn breath!

      Reply
      • Keep up the good fight Sherri on behalf of the innocent animals being USED by primarily, or entirely donation-funded for profit animal “rescues”.

Taking screens hots of their BS goes a long way to proving your point when filing complaints.

Also, be sure and ask your questions publicly, take screens hots in case they delete your comment, and then be sure and take screens hots to send in with your complaints of the rescues cult members attacking you, bullying you, threatening you, stalking you, etc.
When filing complaints, it’s up to the complainant to “connect the dots” and “paint a picture” of a pattern of behavior and what is going on that is shady with the rescue.

This pattern of USING and then KILLING and “disappearing” innocent animals that are supposed to be safe in rescue through the USE of donation money NEEDS TO STOP.

When rescues aren’t really rescues and are instead USING animals and naive donors for their own profit and gain, it’s up to animal lovers in the public who see that “somethings not right” to hound the authorities to investigate.

Screens hots of the rescues own writings, their evasion in answering questions, and also their vicious followers going on the attack on people that ask simple questions are invaluable in getting law enforcement to PAY ATTENTION AND DO SOMETHING BECAUSE ANIMALS ARE BEING KILLED AND GOING MISSING IN ACTION THAT ARE SUPPOSED TO BE SAFE IN RESCUE.

I’d be happy to help you regarding giving direction of how to file complaints against primarily, or entirely donation-funded (as opposed to self-funded rescues that operate using primarily or entirely their own money and are certainly NOT making money off animal rescue) that are in some/many cases low-down animal dealers posing as nonprofit rescues, that USE and then discard in various ways innocent animals that are supposed to be safe in tescue, but are instead killed or disappeared when their use is over.

    • Just rescued 2 dogs from such a facility in SoCal….once I get them healthy my mission in life will be to close her down

      • Make sure you have screens hots containing factual information of illegal activities.
Their own writings work best where they actually admit to wrongdoing and illegal activities even though the wrongdoer always try to pass off what they’re doing as OK.
Screens hots sent in with complaints carry more impact than transcriptions because the authorities/law enforcement believe it when they can actually see a screen grab of the culprits writing about what they’re doing.

  4. it never ends… Toronto Animal Services here in Toronto just killed a very adoptable rottie who had not one but TWO offers to adopt (including the very experienced vet tech that found the dog loose, emaciated but friendly and fine in her clinic for more than 24 hours with dogs, cats and people)- then we have the horrific OSPCA here in Toronto who seized 21 dogs from a fighting ring and now wants to KILL them – because of course they haven’t been abused enough.

At our city run animal control, it’s perfectly ok to euthanize highly adoptable animals. There is only a 3 day stray hold and if the animals are under 8 weeks, there is no hold. They euthanize entire litters of kittens and puppies often enough. There are many volunteers and a fantastic social network system set up so many of those babies get pulled by local rescues and fostered locally. I think euthanasia for 3 week old kittens should be illegal no matter the circumstance.

      Reply
      • That’s so wrong! Those pup n kitten litter’s have a big chance of getting adopt. At least give it a chance, it’s better than dumping their body’s to breed disease in the dump’s. We need stronger law’s. It COST’s a lot to kill them in vain too. So feeding them was a waist of money too, if your going to kill anyways.

      • IT IS CRUEL, UNCONSCIONABLE, IMMORAL, SHAMEFUL, & CRIMINAL TO KILL, TO SLAUGHTER HEALTHY AND TREATABLE ANIMALS — IT SHOULD BE ILLEGAL! — SHELTERS SHOULD NEVER BE IN THE BUSINESS KILLING HEALTHY & TREATABLE ANIMALS — you have so many options available to keep these innocent lives happy, comfy and healthy. — More & more, shelters are evolving quickly into NO-KILL — Shelters are in the business of caring, protecting, sheltering animals who are waiting for their forever homes — get on board with networking with your communities, with Rescue groups, with animal-loving people to help these wonderful & innocent animals! — ALSO — Pay a visit to NO-KILL ADVOCACY CENTER headed by Nathan Winograd!

      • A shelter achieves NO-KILL when it ends the killing of all animals, except those who are physically suffering irremediably. Irremediable physical suffering means an animal who has a poor or grave prognosis for being able to live without severe, unremitting pain even with prompt, necessary, & comprehensive veterinary care, such as an animal in fulminant organ system failure. — (2) As for animals with behavioral issues, these pets should be transferred to the care of expert-behaviorists and NOT be killed/euthanized — in the right hands, these animals undergo miracles. — Pay a visit to NO-KILL ADVOCACY CENTER headed by Nathan Winograd!

you have to wonder why the local authorities do not set up cheap spay/ neuter programmes , there would not be this problem then , it should be mandatory that cats and dogs are neutered , the only breeders could be registered dog breeders that breed only certain breeds , and before they sell a dog/cat it should be neutered . This over the course of about 1 year should stop the irresponsible breeding of these dear animals , it would help make no animals available for dog fighting also . Then need of shelters would be gone and the need of so many animal control officers would be less . Costing in the long run, local authorities , a lot less in wages , vehicle running expenses . then anyone that wanted to buy a dog would have to buy from a registered breeder , may cost them more in cash , but it might make them look after it better .

Some months ago we went to the pet food pantry. I don’t know if we will be going back, but it was very good that they gave us coupons for free spay & neutering. Boots the Chihuahua will not have to go into heat again, and Cootie the kitty will not father any more litters of “alley cat” kittens.

Have to disagree here. The ones the “shelters” are supposed to actually SHELTER those animals and choose to kill them instead. There are communities of every size and economic level who are sending more than 90% out the door alive. Killing is a choice and there are better choices being made. And these animals who are being killed are already born! That’s an old argument (and I believe in spaying and neutering unless there is a medical reason not to) that just excuses the killing.

Maybe someone could go to Florida and check and see how many sadists are working at the shelters there, euthanasia rates high, this is incredible, these sick people seem to be drawn to shelters like magnets; let’s face it, it is the only place you can torture and kill a dog without having criminal charges pressed, unless of course you get too much pleasure out of it . People finally step up and report your sick ASS. I heard of one county shelter in Florida that removed the cameras from the euthanasia room, when they started getting complaints about how the dogs were being euthanized. The excuse on the part of the shelter was they needed the camera else where. What is more important than monitoring the euthanasia room to get rid of the sickos!!!!!

    • Is it possible the animals were euthanized due to lack of resources to sustain them? People complain about shelters all of the time, but few people seem to realize they are overrun with unwanted animals and even fewer people care to donate money or volunteer time to assist.

no excuse. outright killing animals and calling it a party is a heinous crime. too bad our human jails weren’t run this way. animals are innocent, human criminals not! put whatever money it takes to these poor animals who have done nothing to deserve such horrible treatment.

      • If someone tried to kill you, citing unsustainable resources, would you be ok with that excuse? Me neither and the same goes for other animals.

Not the little twits who “made a mistake”. Cruelty is not a mistake, but as in this case, for the enjoyment of the weirdo. Ask any corporation, what is more important: money or people and you have the answer. There won’t be anymore recidivism if they don’t come back. That doesn’t mean kill them, just jail them for life.

Advocating for animals does NOT mean that you hold humans in a lower regard. I can advocate for animals AND humans at the same time. I think most people can.

      • Thank you for this comment, but I was not saying that you or the writer did not advocate for human lives, again this was my opinion whether anyone agreed with it or not. If the owner of this Blog was kind enough to post my opinion, then who are any to argue whether or not it is the same or the right place? We must learn to hear all, respect all, and not try to control or dictate the thoughts/words of others. Since God created life, systemic killing is systemic killing, and I am glad that you agree. This is a beautiful blog and I can see that others who probably do not have a blog or isn’t brave enough to comment with a pic of their identity is about to turn this into a sarcastic debate, so there will be no further responses from me, they can debate amongst themselves. Maricopa County killed a dog 1 hr. after it came in. They said it was having trouble breathing, yet the woman that turned it in had video of it in the lobby and it was doing fine. They contacted the owner of the dog (it had a license & micor-chip) 1 hr. after killing it. The owner is now suing Maricopa County Animal Control, the director of the shelter has resigned. Hopefully the new director will make positive changes.

  46. Thank you for your post! This is a huge case because it sends a signal to all those shelter directors who think they are above the law. This type of thing is going on in shelters all over California. One example comes to mind, San Diego Animal Control , after holding a giant press conference last summer stating they are now “No Kill”…. it was just revealed that they have been killing over 100 ADOPTABLE animals a month. Many shelters often move dogs to other shelters and say they were adopted or rescued, and they are then killed at that kill facility. San Diego’s deception was revealed by an investigative reporter, Jeff McDonald who wasn’t afraid to dig and print the story. Many volunteers were “fired” because the wanted to walk dogs, and the director Dawn Danielson told them it was better if the dogs pooped in their kennels because it helped to control “infections” at the shelter. They are closed on Sundays, a day that families might come to adopt. They speak out of both sides of their mouths. These are the types of sociopaths we have as shelter directors all over the state. They are treated like the priests who were moved from parish to parish. They are never punished, they just get another job in another shelter. Shelters like Moreno Valley and Devore both have directors who it seems would rather kill than adopt. Instead of spending money on spay and neuter, the cities and counties have made a conscious decision to invest in job security for shelter workers. Devore and Orange County round up dogs from around their county and are actually PAID by the different cities to kill the animals. They have set themselves up as the killing facility for the county, it’s a holocaust for the homeless dogs and cats. They are trucked in and killed. The killing goes on, often when there are rescues to take the animals. The California Hayden laws that were designed to protect animals with min hold times, vet care and requirements to give animals to rescues instead of killing them are not followed. No accountability.

Yet people like me who want to start a legitimate animal rescue out in the country to take in the strays that get dumped and have them find forever homes can’t find the right resources to help get going because of POS like this and the many many more out there! If the laws were enforced to the fullest then MAYBE they would have more stricter rules and regulations to actually be followed through with to ensure this isn’t happening. The world today has no remorse, no compassion and no conscience when it comes to LIFE, be it an animal or human. Just sickening anymore.

  58. IMHO, this is a multi-pronged problem. 1) People must spay and neuter their animals so they stop breeding. 2) People must to donate money to animal rescues who are able to help keep the unwanted animals out of the shelters. (or, start your own rescue). If you have a great animal shelter, then donate money to them instead. 3) People must be responsible when they adopt animals and do everything in their power to keep and love that animal until it takes it’s last dying breath. This problem will not go away until all of us humans become more responsible.

So, you’re saying that the way to end abuse in shelters is for pet owners to be more responsible and donate money?

      NO.

The way to end abuse in shelters is to fire/prosecute/lock up abusers.

Why should the general public have to “be more responsible” about animals, but the paid shelter staff doesn’t? Where’s the accountability on THAT end of the process?

I want an animal shelter to take the very same care I take of my pets. I want them to be seen as individuals with a right to live, given appropriate medical care, and handled in a gentle and humane manner. I don’t get paid to do any of that, yet I do it every day. Why can’t they?

The issue of “criminal intent” is a big one, and quite problematic. If her attorney can manipulate the argument in such a way that he persuades a jury, first, that her killings were necessary to keep an overburdened “shelter” running, and that, second, no one can actually prove that she *intended* to do something illegal, her punishment may be significantly reduced. On the other hand, the Judge is the one who instructs the jury, and the Judge is clearly convinced she is depraved, so it’s up in the air whose point of view holds sway.

It is always sanctioned for the reason of overcrowding and that is the weakest reason I have ever heard because they do nothing to remedy it. If it is too crowded then it obviously needs to be expanded. You house animals then you build the housing to fit the need, not kill to keep the count down to what you can accommodate. So many of these shelters are funded by tax payers. Any government funded agency should be able to build or change locations to fit the need. When jails get overcrowded do they kill the prisoners to make run for more? It is bad enough when they kill due to overcrowding but this woman seemed to kill for the sheer joy of it! I am glad they locked her ass up. So many poor dogs and cats dying for no good reason as it is, she didn’t need to increase the numbers. Yeah – I am very glad she will do time.

Just because a group that practices hypocrisy is targeted by another hypocrite doesn’t absolve them of their sins. The local coke dealer starts a smear campaign against the local meth dealer, despite the fact that both peddle poison. The large majority of shelter workers are volunteers who do above and beyond in their efforts to save them all.

This wo.an is not typical and I hate seeing so many people rush to judge all rescue, shelter and animal control workers by her standards.

We know that! The majority of you are angels, and saints. We know that! And we thank you from the bottoms of our hearts for all you do. We know many of you buy food and pay for medical care, and go into debt over it. We know you feed feral cats rain or shine. We know, and we cannot be thankful enough for all you do. But we are as passionate about animals as you are, and we want this woman to be brought to justice. And, I wish we could get someones attention to discuss a few rescues in Las Vegas that are doing unethical things. Not just anyone should be able to rescue animals, there needs to be standards and over sight.

    • Stop spreading the “unwanted animal” ignorance. EVERY animal is wanted by SOMEBODY! That “unwanted” lie has one purpose: To try to excuse the “shelter” 4 it’s failure to do it’s job.

No Jim Kennedy…shelters that kill should be outlawed.
I pray all those who have killed for fun and profit stand before God and are shown the same mercy and grace they showed these poor abuse and abandoned animals. It’s not for me to judge. I have not lived a blameless life as have any of the rest of us.

  114. There is simply no excuse for Kill shelters.
It is not a shelter if it kills.
Call it like it is. Kill shelters are simply holding camps for animals,
animal control is not there to save lives it is out there because people don’t want to deal with what they consider to be a problem.
People who think they are superior have a mentality as Hitler did they would rather kill than be bothered.
I hope she gets the same consideration and mercy she gave those in her care while employed to care for animal welfare.
She will get the chance first hand to experience what it’s like to wait in a cage for someone to care and offer aid. Sounds like.. karma… doesn’t it. The good book does say that God knows each sparrow that falls,…..just saying…

I think all shelters should do what our spca does here where I live,if you are low income you can bring your dog or cat in to be fixed, micro chipped, first shots, nails trimmed and ears cleaned for 50 dollars, this helps keep the populations down,as far as this pos goes I hope to hell she gets treated like dirt in jail, shelters are there to help animals not kill them

This type of horrid behavior goes on all over the world. I find the lowest of low to exploit those who cannot defend themselves! Seems like these animal shelters attract the worst kind of sick individuals to run them. They are not shelters but death traps. Most should be abolished immediately since they are only opportunities for sociopathic directors to practice their sick deeds!

I just pray that we have an upper hand on this horrendous actions that causes death to the innocent n fear to thoe who don’t go, but hear the cries of those being led out. You can’t tell me they don’t know what’s happening. God help us ALL…

  122. OK bash the shelters if you must my little home town had a very high kill rate and like this woman we had people that enjoyed killing after years and years the people finely took a stand . it took a couple years but these pieces of shit are gone !!! now there are people working there that love and care for the animals !! it takes time to right the wrongs in the shelters first you have to find out if the shelters are operated but the city or county then you attend the meetings you can sign in to speak at these meeting , you ask them what is being done to make the shelters rescue friendly find out the hours the shelters are open evenings and weekends are a must because people work they need to be able to go to the shelters to look for a new Family Fur-Baby . also find out what board member is over the shelter if this person isn’t working to save the animals then it is time to vote them out of office as we did here last year our county commissioner’s met with the 3 rescues here they told us that if we could work together and raise $ 50,000.00 they would match that and would build a new state of the art Animal Shelter we did it several Business’s step up to the plate and offered their help by donating time and materials to build the shelter some time this year ground will be broken and the new shelter started the old shelter will be used for storage . the old saying that you can catch more flies with honey then with vineagur is very true in the begain some people that came from out of state to protest made death threats to the commissioners that’s not the way to get them to listen to you go talk to them feel them out put the wrong doing and mistreatment and killing of the animals out to the public by news media if the ones over the shelter won’t step up to the plate and change what is going on at their shelter . but what ever you do you never make threats it will back fire in your face and Really it starts in the homes of these animals spay and neuter your fur-babies make them much healtheir and save unwanted dogs and cats in shelters we has a low cost spay and neuter program here and 2 vets that work with us in 3 years we have spayed over 900 dogs and cats think about all the un wanted fur-babies that has saved going to shelters to never come out it starts with you the people the old saying put your money where your mouth is well for me it’s back up your words by doing something about what is going on in your local shelters we the people here in our town did and so can any one of you making comments here can do I’ve said what is on my mine thake you all for reading my thoughts

Many of us who comment here are involved locally with animal welfare work. Thank you for sharing the good things happening where you live. I’d love to know where you live and which shelter you are referring to. Sometimes you need to shine the light in the dark places, though, before something can be done. I know our local animal control hides behind “fake” statistics so a lot of the people believe they do a great job. When you are killing 50% of the cats and kittens you take in for “medical” or “behavior” then something is very wrong.

There is a dog being held by Bay County Animal Control in Florida, his name is Marley. They want to kill him over a misunderstanding. During rough play, he nipped a fifteen year old child in the home, no stitches, no Dr., just a Band-Aid applied at home. A meddling neighbor contacted Animal Control and Marley was taken away to Animal Control, where he has been for over nine months now while his poor family fights an incompetant and murderous Director of Bay County Animal Control in the courts for his release. Marley’s family loves him and wants him home. This case needs exposure to shame Bay County Animal Control into giving Marley back to his family and stopping this Animal Control Director from murdering more family pets whose families can not afford to fight for them in court. How about checking Miami, fl. and Carson city in California, maybe more to join Mary Jo, what a sicko!!!!!!!!! More shelters should be investigated, especially the ones who removed the cameras from the euthanasia room. More of this type of crime goes on more than we will ever know, as animals have no voice!!!

Anyone who tortures, abuses, hurts, neglects or kills an animal, that is not hurt, or is not necessary to hunt for survival, and I mean truly necessary for food like someone who is stranded in the forest and literally starving, not someone who has a supermarket in a hundred mile radius, is truly damaged. They have no human soul whatsoever, every relationship they have come across in their lives are meaningless because they are fulfilled by the pain and suffering of innocent loyal loving protective and most of the time weaker life forms who have stepped aside while we continuously destroy more and more of their natural habitat more of their land and took over , their planet and they continuously provide us with love and compassion and loyalty. it’s just not a human brain or soul that can conceive of such a thing there’s something majorly damaged. it wasn’t formed right when they were born or it was destroyed as a child hit on the head by something and as sick as it may sound I believe anyone that does these Godless, inhumane, demented and perverted acts should be taken out of society because they are not capable of co existing with life of ANY kind, and the same techniques or abuse they provided should be used as a teaching device on what should now be done to them. The words i want to describe the police officials that covered everything up in Boulder City as well as this succubus from the lowest legion of hell, I cannot put into print because it would be censored. These are not human beings they need to have nightly visions of every single animal and feel the mental and physical pain they caused every animal and human whose lives theyve destroyed by snatching and hurting a family member, on a daily basis. I cannot tell you the absolute truly and honest hatred I have for them and those like them. They are the true sick confidence men because they break an innocent and natural bond of trust, so absolutely anything they do in their pathetic maggot excriment of an existence cannot be trusted whstsoever……..I can’t even go on because I’m getting so upset…… people who have an ounce of compassion, love, sympathy or humanity could not live with themselves knowing what is happening and doing v nothing about it, because that is just as abhorrent as doing it directly themselves. I loathe hatred and violence of all kinds, but my hatred toward these damaged individuals goes beyond compassion for a sickness, or deformity, they STILL have the intelligence to break that most innocent trust and b it gives then a sence of power, like these murderous dictators who like cartoon characters think they can take over the world. Well you know how they all wind up and you’ll be slowly starting not to be able to live with yourselves from the GUILT and realization of the hurt and harm you caused for your demented pleasure or two seconds of false power will start slowly eating you alive and may God forgive me, but he who lives by the sword……

The woman in charge of our local shelter in Northern California Is systematically Killing Animals for convenience and profit. Documentation has been obtained from her personal files verifying she needed to make room for the profit bearing kitten sales. There are civil charges against her but we need to file criminal charges and would appreciate anyone’s help for the silent voice of these animals. Currently she is euthanizing all cats found on Travis Air Force Base, stating they hissed in their two foot Cages after being tramatized in a trap. Common sense, a caged animal acts like a caged animal. Not all animals have the demeanor of Felix or Morris the Cat. In one year she euthanized 7000 animals. In two days, seven 55 gallon drums of dead animals were taken to the Nevada city dump from her shelter, all verified. Many of the animals were evaluated for adoption. Please help us save
    our community pets.

Well thank God small rescues abound. If we could only get these high financed “shelters” to work with them!
And thank God PETA takes all those poor animals suffering so badly that the no kill shelters refuse-so as not to lose their no kill status, and keep them donations coming. Thank God PETA saves as many as possible, even though they getstuck with the heartbreak of euthanizing those poor babies who are suffering ao bad and cannot be saved.
Now that your misinformation and hate have been corrected, let’s stick with the story, Lisa B., instead of your hate agenda.

PeTA does NOT save as many as possible. PeTA has millions of dollars and no adoption center. You cannot visit their “shelter” to adopt. Most of the animals they take in end up in their freezers or other kill shelters.

To believe anything else (despite the numbers that PeTA themselves submit proving the point), is just willful ignorance.

This type of evil goes on every single day! The ONLY way (that I can think of) to stop the abuse, torture, and the murdering of animals is very simple…let the punishment fit the crime. Doesn’t take a genius to figure that out. But because of the dire stupidity and the lack of compassion in the general population of well…..the world actually, there will always be cowardly monsters disguised as humans out there who will commit horrific acts on not only our innocent animals but children too. Its a f**king sad affair for mankind! Without animals, there is no hope whatsoever for the human race.
