It is indeed Picasso’s afghan Kaboul with his wife Jacueline Roque — really clever example of human/animal doubling (animals looking like their humans). Many areas in w. figures are linked & even fused.
After searching for her lost cat, the owner was notified by the microchip company that her cat was at a veterinary clinic. The clinic is refusing to return the cat to the owner, telling the woman she should have looked earlier for her cat and they believe the cat was abused because the cat is small.
What an awful story. I can’t help but wonder (1) why the owner hasn’t hired a lawyer, and (2) how a clinic could “press charges” against the owner when the alleged crime was not committed against the clinic. And I’m curious whether a judge could issue an injunction, requiring the clinic to return the cat.
